★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our 10 year old vehicle in for diagnosis and found out it needed a new engine. They investigated it and made us aware that it was a known issue and advised us to take it to the dealer and see if it would be covered by the dealer. It turns out that it was an issue and was going to be covered by the dealer. They saved us thousands of dollars with their advice. We have been taking our vehicles there fir regular maintenance and they have always been professional, reasonable and trustworthy. Would highly recommend them for service.

If you tell them they didn't fix the problem you've brought the car in for They'll get very offended and rude!
They charge for tire balance when you take your car for tire change.
You also have to ask for it! How can they give a car back without doing a balance!???? Safety much!?
Stick to your old mechanic and costco!
