I always enjoy walking through the doors! I have about 6 pair of Bonlook glasses. The quality for the price is also outstanding. Great job Team!!
J	Jennifer C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered glasses for my daughter from here and once order was placed we were told 2 to 3 weeks before we would get them it seemed like a long time but we decided to wait. After about a week we received an email stating they were on way to final check before shipping and could be another 5to7 days well after a few days more days i received another email saying the glasses did not pass final inspection and were being remade expect another 10 to 12 day wait. Today has offically been 3 weeks since our original order and I got an email stating once again glasses failed final check and we be getting remade again expect another 10to12 day wait so now I ended up cancelling. Customer service at the store and on phone was good but clearly the process making the glasses is flawed and not worth the wait

They explained everything in detail, always with a smile. I never felt rushed or that they didn’t care. I’m also really impressed with the quality of the glasses - much better than designer eyewear. I’ll definitely be back and spreading the word.

They are always so friendly and knowledgeable - I love buying my glasses from them! I had a bit of an issue with an online purchase I made and they went above and beyond to help me - I am so grateful for their empathy and prompt action to address it. No where else I’d rather go :)! Was pleasantly greeted when I walked in and asked how I could be helped. The woman working called the optician out to help me get my glasses fitted and she was very quick and helpful! When trying to decide on a new frame, the woman (didn’t catch her name) helped me choose between a couple pairs. Overall great experience and always nice to be in the BonLook stores.

Loved my new glasses and I use it all the time as my eyesight is horrible. Just this morning (March 5,2022), not even a year of using the glasses, one of the pieces fell out! The screw is still intact and tried screwing it back on but it wouldn’t hold. No parts is missing, it just simply fell out. I bought the pair at the Oshawa Location but unfortunately, they don't have a Windsor, ON location. Now I’m worried as to when the other part will fall off. Disappointed the actual quality of the frame did not hold up to my expectations. Read the other 1star reviews and its all about the quality of the frames/poor customer service by the company. I regret buying the glasses and should have went with LensCrafters instead! Would have been the same price with what I paid with BonLook.
