Since I am a homemaker and could only been seen in the evenings or on the weekend, he told me to come to his associate’s office he also works out of in Ajax the following Monday at 6pm. After driving out there I called from the parking lot to let them know of my arrival, only to find out he never told that office I was coming so I was never booked in. Not only were there other patients waiting to be seen, he was running behind as well, so the receptionist couldn’t even tell me how long I’d be waiting.

In our experience over the past 20+ years he has always been very knowledgeable, courteous, personable, and goes out of his way to accommodate his patients and work in their best interests. He is the only optometrist my wife has found that fit bifocal lenses so perfectly. We highly recommend him!

The staff is very professional and the office is totally prepared to see patients during this COVID-19 pandemic. They also helped me to choose a nice pair of glasses. I will definitely come back with my family.

I ser this as medical neglect. As they are full with appointment they said. We If its a appointment its not a emergency. I could go blind from infection but okay make sure your appointment have 20 20 vision.

The ladies behind reception were very kind and patient with me as I was picky on what style to get and the Optometrist was extremely knowledgeable and even provided me with information that I didn't know about for regular check ups and such. Overall with definitely be coming back and recommend!
