★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't thank the staff enough for all that they did for me and my daughter! Needed a last minute rush test for both of us after we were already checked in. We ran thru the airport to there location and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we wouldn't miss our flight . We are so grateful and appreciate everything they did for us! Truly amazing staff and I give them more than 5 Stars!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a scam, they charge Japanese or who's going to Japan $75 to write in Japanese, I refused and paid $146 + $30 for bar code ( another Scam
at Air Canada Counter they said you need Japanese version, I said this is an insult to Japanese Society, they are more educated and more advanced they can read English, upon my Arrival to Tokyo Airport I explained about this Vancouver Scam they said simple English Nasal test is fine, they never asked for special form from Bon Voyage, they will contact Japan Embassy in Canada about these PCR testing sights charging Extra to Japanese, in Japan we get Free PCR test 1 Hour result this Vancouver scam PCR test they don't look at even, Bon Voyage are scamming the Japanese. even at the check in Canada Airlines Counter are on it as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a Rapid Antigen test for 0800 and the place was easy to find, lots of signage and there was nobody in line. The test was performed as soon as I got there and my report emailed to me within the hour. Excellent service! Highly recommend.

The tests were quick and painless and the people there very friendly! Would highly recommend! Thanks for making it a very positive experience!

He told me and my wife Stupid, Unbelievable.
Me and my wife went there for the test. It was closed.
Staff were chatting inside dispite us calling them and no response. Out of courtesy they cold have told us that they are closed. we were sitting there and wasted 15 minutes.
After sometime we figured that this was not the place for our appointment. So we decided to leave the place since the staff were busy chatting and playing with their phones?.
One male staff came from outside and with a rude accent told us we are closed and i told him we were on the line for 15min and the staff could have at least told us. Or even respond our calling. I told told him this is ridiculous service.
And i got the response that " You guys are stupid"
Wow cant believe this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a scam company! ! ! Don't be fooled, it's completely irresponsible in addition to being very expensive. Today, our plane flew to Tokyo, Japan at 1:45 and then transferred to Hong Kong, but when we arrived at the airport, we were told that we needed to go to this company to spend 495+ tax for one more test. Because air tickets and quarantine hotels are expensive, we had to go for the test. The test was positive, but we tested negative at another clinic the day before, and we couldn’t believe it when we got home. It was only 3⃣️ hours before and after, and the result was negative. I called their company to communicate, they just refused to admit the mistake and didn't apologize. At the airport I asked me to pay 495+ tax for the second test and they refused because they knew they were wrong. Don't dare to do it again. This company is simply colluding with some airlines to cheat money.
