β β β β β I ordered a pair of Impala Roller Skates from the website and found the shopping experience really easy. The website is clear and simple, making the whole process smooth. They do use a third party shipper, which I found out after placing the order and received an email from them once the product shipped. They did miss the delivery date (next day), but the customer service at Boathouse was excellent. Jenn and Kyle walked me through the whole thing and also contacted Envoi to make sure that the package wasn't lost. Everything worked out well and I received it this afternoon. I would DEFINITELY order from Boathouse again. Thank you.

β β β β β I like the vibe and atmosphere at this unisex store. They carry some decent name brands. Good for teens and young adults. Really great ideas for gifts if you're interested. Oh, also wanted to mention that they carry shoes as well. Have fun shopping ?
