Took my daughter there as a walk in today and was greeted in a very friendly manner and when I told the staff the reason for the visit they roomed us straight away. The doctor was attentive and kind and great with my child. Reading all the "poor reviews" is so frustrating because a lot of the complaints are out of the staffs control and the "stories" onesided. Best thing to do is be your own health advocate and to treat people with respect.

Was pretty disappointed in my experience today. I have waited over a month to see Dr. Adebayo only to not even get to see him today due to him not showing up. I luckily got to see another doctor though beyond referring me to another Dr that may take 2 months to get my problem fixed she was not tons of help either (other than consistently reminding me she is not taking on new patients). The office staff was kind and quick though on getting me to see the other doctor when mine decided to no show.

22 Nov 2018: TL:DR=excellent doctor but the office staff are very neglectful to the point of adverse health effects. I am moving on in order to get proper care. I really hate to give this place a low score, but I have no choice. The Doctor I saw there was excellent, but as a fellow medical administrative assistant, the office staff might have endangered my health with their negligence. The first time I tried to see a doctor there, I was told that only existing patients in the computer could make an appointment. That's a stupid rule to start with, but I tried to do a walk in. By the time I arrived, they weren't accepting any more walk ins for that day. I filled out a paper with all my current demographic information and booked an appointment. The day of that first appointment, it was scheduled at such an awkward time that I had to book the entire day off work. I arrived on time only to be told that all the Doctor's appointments had been cancelled and they hadn't been able to call me because my phone number was not in service. Turns out I had been in a sister clinic years ago as a walk in and they still had that demographic information in the computer. I asked why they hadn't updated my information with the contact info I had handed in a few days before and where that paper was now. They couldn't answer. I updated my info with them and made a new appointment. The next appointment I arrived early but wasn't seen till an hour after my appointment time, which, to anyone trained in the field, means that they are overbooking their doctors. The Doctor was nice and I showed him a mole that I was concerned about as it was irregular and had discoloration. He said he would be happy to biopsy it for me. I made an appointment for the biopsy and was sure to let the front desk staff know that was what it was for. They didn't pay any attention to my telling them it was for a biopsy, though. When I arrived early to my next appointment, they were not prepared for the procedure. It was a shock to them. My appointment ended up being delayed over 2 hours, past the time of closure, to perform the biopsy. I was told that they'd phone me if there were any significant results. That was in early June. I next heard from them in mid November when the doctor himself called me and said he didn't know why I hadn't been called much sooner, but there were troubling results from the biopsy and he was referring me to a dermatologist. He said that I should be contacted with an appointment within a couple of weeks. I still haven't heard anything. The office staff have literally put my life at risk from cancer. I will be looking for a new clinic and, if there is any adverse health effects from their neglect, I will be talking to a lawyer. UPDATE Dec 5: Finally got info on a dermatology appointment for Dec 19th. That is better, but it has still taken them 6 months to take my health seriously and a lot can happen in that time. I will still be moving on. UPDATE Dec 20: Saw the dermatologist yesterday and was told that I have a melanoma, which is the worst type of skin cancer that you can have. Due to the delay in care, they're treating it like a possible stage 3. I will be contacting the patient advocacy office to see if an investigation can be done into why it took them so long to follow up. Revised review from 2 stars to 1 due to the outcome.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I LEFT CRYING. I called and asked if their female doctor was accepting new patients, they told me yes. So I scheduled a meet and greet for later in the week. When I arrived they told me she wasn't seeing new patients for another month and a half and I would have to get in to see one of their other doctors if i wanted to see anyone. Why they couldn't have told me that over the phone when I called them I have no idea. I had already driven a fair ways to get there, so I told them I would be fine seeing another one of their female doctors. They didn't have any. The receptionist told me I have to see a male doctor despite me telling her that I was a victim of sexual assault and was extremely uncomfortable with a male doctor, especially with the pap exam. She again insisted that I should see a male doctor. Hold back tears I agreed to see the doctor for everything except the pap exam and was told to have a seat they would be with me shortly. Two hours went by before a different receptionist asked me who I was waiting for. Turns out the other receptionist didn't book me in. When I finally made it into the room the doctor that helped me wouldn't let me finish a sentence. I had a few concerns especially since my husband and I were planning on starting a family in the new few months. I told him a few of the symptoms I was concerned with only to have him brush off everything I was saying with an "I know", "Don't worry", and he even shushed me a few times. After a few minutes he said there was no point in going further since I was going to come back to see the female doctor in a few months and these concerns can be addressed then. But that didn't stop him from trying to prescribe me an anti depressant before sending me on my way. I will never set foot in this clinic again. And if you have ever suffered any type of sexual abuse or are uncomfortable with male doctors I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. This clinic is completely insensitive to those types of issues.

DON'T GO TO Dr. Adebayo! He should NOT be doing injectables. He is like a BACK ALLEY BUTCHER and did everything opposite of what I asked. He has poor vision, which contributes to the HORRIBLE MESS he made to the face. His prices are cheap, but he is the WORST Dr. at injectables EVER! . A top dermatologist in the city was in shock when he saw the horrible mess Dr. Adebayo caused to my face, and at the massive blood loss during the process. He left massive lumps in places that should not have been injected and extreme facial bruising. It cost over $1000 for a good Dermatologist to correct the mess Dr. Adebayo made. Dr. Adebayo refused to refund my payment, even though he knew he did a horrible job.

The staff and doctor seem like genuine people however my experience overall has been rather negative. Went in for a driver’s medical to update my license class from 36 to 346. I had never done a medical for these reasons before so was unsure how the form should be filled out... In the end the form was filled out improperly which I found out at the registry office when they mentioned downgrading my license classes. I called the doctor’s office to request them to fax a new form to the registry which they refused to do and insisted I come back in the next day to get a new form. They said we promise it’ll be fast. Next day I return 10 mins in advance of my appointment time wait in the lobby for 10 mins and then speak to one of the reception staff. She decides that it’s acceptable to just tick off the appropriate boxes on the form. I inform her that I believe that is unacceptable as I could have done that myself and request the form to be re done properly. Upon requesting that it was an argument and then I’m finally told I have to wait longer because of course the doctor isn’t in. Overall unacceptable and inappropriate customer service. Especially when you have to pay 120$ for a form they can’t even fill out properly to begin with. No excuses, the drivers license was provided and discussed in the office during the appointment.

Incompetent staff and doctor. Really glad they don't want to help there patients and misquote laws. They don't have a functional website or functioning staff wish I could give less of a review.

My family had been seeing Dr. Adebayo for 14 yrs and not once was he ever running on time. I recall having morning appointments and his lovely nurse having to call him asking when he was going to be there. The front staff are constantly taking the brunt of his tardiness. He doesn't even give a genuine apology for making us wait 2plus hour past our scheduled time. My last appointment was over 3 hrs behind schedule and then he had the audacity to acted very unprofessional berating me about my symptoms and my question on how to solve things to the point where he was causing me to become emotionally stress. I found a new family doctor.
