Personally, I like to see people's faces, specially after two years of this nonsense. Won't shop here again or tell any of my friends to shop here either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another great service today from Black Arrow Cycles. We went into the store looking for good locks that will help us keep our bikes somewhat secured in our Downtown Condo bike area. We are having locked bikes stolen from our parking garage. We were given great explanations how different locks work and were very happy to make a purchase. Thanks to the great people who work in this store. Again, glad you are in DTK.
The best service you can receive. I brought my bike there today with a flat back tire. They fixed it without an appointment and we were able to ride in 15 minutes. We are so glad this place is in DTK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were able to upgrade the spokes, rim, tube, and wheel on my Rize Fixie eBike when other bike shops turned me down and said it couldn't be done. The result is wonderful and my eBike is way better now (standard tube that I can easily replace now, stronger spokes, lighter weight, better rim, better more puncture resistant tire, thicker, and better aesthetics; also likely my bike ways less now too; all around superior upgrade). The carbon belt drive on my bike was no issue and they fixed several bolts that weren't threaded properly and at the end of this all it ended up costing me about $20 less than what we were originally expecting. I am very happy with this bike shop it was recommended to me by my friend from the Canadian Armed Forces after I told him about how the other bike shops I visited weren't up for the challenge of helping me with the upgrades on my eBike.
