Excellent food. I ordered a chai tea latte that was not on the menu, but came and was very frothy. The smoked salmon spinnach wrap was very fresh. My son ordered a kids egg bacon breakfast and he loved it. Thanks for a great brunch.

First off, be prepared to wait. It took 30 mins for us to get a table for 3 and even when our table was ready it took the staff another 10 minutes to “clean it off”. The staff moves at a glacial pace — so incredibly slow. Also, if you’re not ready to order and ask for another minute, the staff will not come back for 10 minutes unless you wave them back. I ordered the cappuccino with almond milk and it tasted burnt and was very hot. The food after being ordered took another 20 minutes… we have already been seated for 45 minutes and have not been served our food. I also got one of the omelettes and got the house hot sauce on the side. The house hot sauce is spicy but tasty, I’d say a 8/10 on spice level, it’s more spicy than flavourful. The omelette was simple but tasted good and the quantity is good. I’d recommend this place if you have a lot of time and are patient though.

Two words: homemade hollandaise. I needn’t say more for the foodies, but on top of this they do the absolute best potato rosti, have a lovely atmosphere, and are just delightful people. The coffee is a punch in the face and making all the things from scratch takes time, so be ready to be patient - it’s worth it.

I read previous comments of how slow service was and was expecting so. Service was really fast, server was friendly and attentive and kept refilling our coffees. We ordered the Liz and the Darlise crepes and they were really good. We were not a fan of the hollandaise sauce but the sweet potato pancakes were delicious! The french toast sticks were so good but the 5 point reward goes to the sauce! It had a citrus flavour and was thick and just the right amount. Coffee was also good. Strongly recommend and looking forward to trying their lunch menu next time.

A unique menu and friendly staff make this small breakfast/lunch café a great place to eat when you're in downtown Kitchener. It's recommended to make a reservation on weekends. Rotating specials are something to keep an eye on, which they promote on their website and on a chalkboard near the entrance. Fair prices.

Stopped by for breakfast. Very nice environment and staff are very friendly. Had egg Benedict and pancakes. I usually prefer crepes but tried their pancakes and were so fluffy and light. Really enjoyed them. Had that lattes , you can tell they are made with love. Overall definitely would return here to enjoy a yummy breakfast.

Recommend coming here for an enjoyable brunch on a relaxed Sunday! We tried the smoked salmon tortilla wrap, the vegetarian Darlise crepe, and French toast with chocolate chips - well-portioned and delicious!

Must-try breakfast restaurant in downtown KW. Unique vibe, friendly staff and oh-so-delicious food. I tried one of the Eggs Benedict options and wasn’t disappointed. Everything tasted great and the cappuccino was perfect as well. We made a reservation since it was a Saturday morning and that was a good call so I’d recommend for tables of 3 or more. Staff followed all safety protocols and was very accommodating of the dietary restrictions of our group.
