K	Kristina Srbljanin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited here with my husband March 6, 2021, around 1245pm. Order a vanilla latte, smoothie and two chicken Caesar wraps. Order did not take long to get. At the time guests only allowed to sit indoors for 30 minutes with 10 total seated at a time. This was hard to enforce or keep track of because only two workers. If there was another person working it would have been better organized.

I was there with my partner for roughly 20 min and one of the baristas approached us asking if we were finished. He inform us that there was a policy that does not allow people to sit in for more than an hour and asked us to leave. When I said we were there only 20 min he just walked away. We left. I see other peoples suggestions for coffee in the area. Might get better coffee and service from them.
T	Tony S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just loved the original architecture of the old Walper Hotel that was preserved at this Coffee Culture. Stamped tin ceilings and mosaic floors. Great decor. Very, very reasonable prices, and they serve breakfast all day. I had the breakfast sandwich, which was ok. Processed almost melted cheese, egg and the typical "sausage". Coffee was good. They offer ceramic mugs for dining in, instead of disposable cups, which is really nice to see.

Our drink order was a little wrong the first time but nothing that couldn't be fixed. This evening we had 2 lattes and a cease salad and I truly can't say enough good things about the service this time around. Thanks, downtown Kitchener for having a great place to sit and people-watch while enjoining a great cup of coffee!! My daughter also LOVES the ceilings makes her feel like a Disney Princess ? ?

There was very poor customer service. Wasn't even greeted when I came in and before I ordered. I was asked to get my orders from the counter like it was some self serve B.S.

We were hoping to experience a little warm place to go where we could enjoy some food and drinks and just relax away from the hotel. This place did not disappoint at all! We ordered the cheesecake and some simple clubhouse sandwiches. What we got was above and beyond. The cheesecake is seriously perfection. And how do you say no to Peanut Butter Fudge Brownie Cheesecake anyways!? The sandwiches were crisp and light, with fresh seasoned vegetables. The seasoning is scrumptious. We stayed the weekend and we loved our experience so much we made time to stop in before heading to the airport for more cheesecake. This time we got two peices, two flavors ?. The atmosphere is quiet, and cheerful. Definitely felt welcomed here in Kitchener, mainly thanks to Coffee Culture Cafe.
