M	Melanie Iles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beds were very comfy and the pool was great. The best part of my 2 night stay was all of the wonderful people on staff. Every single person that I came into contact with was extremely friendly and so nice. Linda at the desk (I think she is a manager?) was absolutely outstanding! She recognized us, even with our face masks on and always made a point to greet us as we passed by. Marley at the desk was also very lovely and the young man in the Farina that served us breakfast each morning was also very good at his job. The customer service alone would be enough to make me return here! I look forward to visiting again and bringing my kids, they'd have a total blast in the pool! Thank you to everyone that helped make our stay such a fantastic experience.

G	Gary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heater in room broke down, blown fuse. Breakfast was 12.99 each, 2 were 15.99 for very poor quality. Deep fried sausage, just lazy cooks. Eggs were cold too. Pool and hot tub was good, staff friendly, but unconcerned.
L	Leafsfan Andrew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed for 1 night in August 2020. Great service, great room and they even gave me a voucher or coupon whatever you want to call it to eat at their restaurant. I can proubly say. I don't know when but i will definitely go to that hotel again.

Well during check out they called to personally check if room is in condition of their liking. No damages. They don't do this to my wife but they did this to me. I'm native and my wife doesn't look like it. Love the love of brown skins. Front desk said we do this for everyone. My wife said they never done that to mee at check out. Nicely done liars. Racist.
O	Ontario Go Local on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was clean, and the service was great. Thanks to Nancy for answering my many questions! The property is a bit old though and a refresh may help. We were disappointed that breakfast wasn’t included - the advertisement board behind the front desk stated there was a grab and go breakfast, but apparently it didn’t apply to that specific property, which was strange. There were also no premium TV channels like most hotel have these days, even though the TV guide in the room had them listed as available. Overall, it’s a decent hotel, but priced slightly too high for what you get.

My only disappointments were a lack of electrical outlets available in the guest rooms (I have a moderate amount of stuff I need to plug in), a smoke detector that needed new batteries (thankfully it only began chirping after we work up) and the lack of a continental breakfast available on site.

We stayed with a small dog, and the staff were so kind and courteous, even asking us if it was okay to vacuum around the dog incase he was scared. The hotel was always spotless and the hallways smelled amazing when the staff were cleaning. Any requests or needs we had were always met immediately. The front desk staff are professional and great to chat with. The beds were super comfy and all the provided shampoos, soaps and towels were high quality. The rates were very competitive and definitely worth the stay. We were visiting during their renovations and the construction staff were always quiet and cautious of their work. They were clean and even had barriers put up in the hallways to contain their dust. There is a full service restaurant and an indoor pool in the hotel as well. If you are staying in the area I definitely recommend this hotel.
