A	Adam Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely beautiful hotel with great views. Well, if you’re lucky enough to get the side facing the Apron. Otherwise it’s not a bad view of the parking ramps. The rooms were super clean and the staff was really nice. The only thing that would have been nice was some sort of coffee or breakfast. Either they didn’t have any or it was super hard to find. Otherwise everything was great! It’s been a while since I’ve had the TV Greeting, which is always a nice touch. And for it being in airport property, there is very little noise in case you have to sleep during the day or just want to sleep in.

The rooms are amazing and clean. The restaurant and bar in the lobby had great a great alcohol choice. The menu was large for a hotel and the food was amazing.

ALL staff were extremely helpful, from check in, to lounge staff, to the cleaning people who helped us and kiddos with the elevators. Rooms are nice and clean and the convenience is great.

We stayed on the mezzanine level by the pool. It was surprisingly quiet and had a great viewed of the planes. Restaurant was very good with excellent service as well. Sometimes it's worth the price when you have a grueling traveling schedule.

We had a terrible time getting through the airport with our luggage and the wheelchair I needed due to a recent knee injury. When we got to the hotel for our check in, the staff was very helpful, and without any prior warning, were able to change our room to a wheelchair accessible room and helped us get all of our luggage up to our room. They also arranged for someone to come to our room the next morning and help us get our luggage and the wheelchair to the check in counter for our next flight. After such a frustrating experience at the airport, this unexpected kindness made everything feel so much better! The room was beautifully outfitted, and very clean! There were lots of towels available, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. There were lots of places to hang clothes, and a very comfortable bed. We also ate at the restaurant at the hotel that evening, and the next morning. The food was really good, and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant. Thank you for making our stay so much better than we had expected!

The design is very modern and freshly renovated. Great service. I think the best thing about this hotel is that you can walk out of arrivals and into the hotel without having to leave the building into the cold. The rooms were very spacious and the TV was a nice size. The only complain I have is I can hear my next door neighbor while she blasted her music while she showered. Sometimes you get to see the apron and see some nice airplanes depending on your room. They have a pool, a hot tub, a gym and a spa. You can easily find food within the terminal if you are hungry and do not want to eat at the hotel restaurant.

I love the lobby as it has a lot of spaces to sit, which in my case my friends came to visit me before I fly out. You cannot hear the planes landing and take off even if it’s right within the airport terminal. They do have a good size pool and a gym too. Front office staff were very accommodating. Their restaurant has good food and they do have a business centre which is very handy for last minute document printing!
m	mariza oanes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute delightful stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Firstly, the standard rooms are some of the best I’ve stayed in: spacious, modern and plush. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I was honestly blown away by the standard of customer service, welcoming and friendly staff. Every where we went our needs were anticipated. Comfortable stay and no airport noise that we noticed. Walking distance to restaurants and takeaway shops. Ms. Anna ( Marketing Manager ), was very friendly and gave us excellent service. Deserves a big pay on the back for being an exemplary associate of the hotel. Would definitely recommend for families due to the size of the rooms, and I hope to return in the future and highly recommend to anyone stopping by on their way to/from airport.
