N	Nemer Hammoura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are big but not clean enough. Dust on shelves and counters and too much stains on the carpet. Receptionist are very dry and rude at some point, especially the nightshift guy. Its my first time at this hotel and will be my last. Today May 11th 2022. I requested room service before I leave the hotel in the morning, I came back and they didn’t clean the room. In the afternoon before I go out I followed up and requested again to clean at least the washroom and take the garbage out. I came back and again they didn’t do anything
Z	Zahra Jafari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre in Calgary is a great rip-off, in several aspects. First off, It is next to the Calgary airport and a large side of the building overlooks a graveyard of scrap cars. Thus, you may find yourself entangled outside of Calgary in a strange area. The front desk people are unprofessional, and not as nice as expected. They don’t have common housekeeping, and you have to contact the front desk to arrange a service. We asked twice and they didn’t make it. In addition to the noisy environment given too many frights take-offs and touchdowns, in the rooms, the ventilation system and bedding are also very noisy. Therefore, it is hard to get deep sleep, in particular for a family. The breakfast is not included. They have a restaurant with low quality, expensive food, and the hotel chief waitress is also unpolite. Upon stepping in, she instantly follows you to seriously emphasize that foods are not free, and you should pay. The hot sauna is also out of order. Overall, the hotel doesn’t deserve the money spent, and you may face some odd regulations that are ordinary services in cheaper hotels.

Blood/snot/yucky stuff on the walls in the bathroom indicate they haven’t been wiped for a long time. Light fixtures have massive dust bunnies, drawers on cabinets don’t close. Fitness centre looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a LONG TIME. Missing weights. No cleaning wipes (Clorox or fitness wipes). Grime/dust all over their equipment. *firealarm went off at 6am today- mixed messages were given to guests (smoke from kitchen, someone smoking in their room). Was told there would be no refund “because it didn’t last too long”.
T	Tylor Soroka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely finished and modern, but horrible location and dirty. The first room they had us in had dust and hair on the pillow. The second had chips on the floor and crumbs all over the “professionally cleaned” counter. Both had dirty walls and hair on the floor. There was a terrible smell outside the building that was present in the hallways. Terrible location in an industrial area so no real place to walk for food or drinks. If you have a vehicle there are restaurant options 5-10 minutes away.

I'll tell you about an incident, at night we came back from dinner. In the morning we saw that our car was unlocked and there was change scattered in the car. I saw that there was a small metal rod we Sikhs use to fix our hair in the ignition. I also saw that my mom's credit and debit card were missing. I reported this to the hotel staff and they said that the parking lot is not their responsibility and we left as soon as possible. This is a very big security issue and it needs to be fixed, though I doubt it ever will.
N	NvProcision on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beauty hotel, ehat you get for the price is insane.. Was definitely not expecting the heated tile floors and custom cabinets. Very impressed. Lost my phone before checkout and stuff were super friendly to help me tear the room apart and help. We luckily found it!
D	Darris Schlosser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple of disappointing things. 1. They don’t have sleep number beds that the Raddison brand advertises (only reason I booked here, so very disappointing) 2. The shuttle pick up from airport stopped at 10pm, so although it’s advertised they have a shuttle be aware it is not available after 10pm 3. The shuttle to the airport doesn’t start till 7am. So if you have an early flight…. Again you will be cabbing it. 4. The lounge/restaurant closes fairly early as well at 9pm. Other than that the room was a good/fair condition and clean with a decent decor. The bathroom door didn’t have a lock on it so if you are travelling with others you should know the door for showering or using the toilet does not lock for privacy. They definitely pump a scent into the room which if you aren’t into that smell then be aware. It was very musky or sandalwood in aroma. The heating/AC unit was loud but I like white noise so this was a perk for me. I was only in the hotel for the duration of a layover, so it was short but I was really looking forward to the sleep number bed and having shuttle services. If I wasn’t interested in the sleep number bed I would have booked one of the many newer, closer hotels just north of the airport at very competitive prices that potentially have extended shuttle service hours.
R	Rob M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quick layover before catching my flight the next morning. Rooms larger than expected. Heated tile flooring, comfortable beds, large shower. Free shuttle back to the airport. Rooms priced exceptionally well. Never got a chance to try the restaurant but from previous guests looks like it was well priced and good.
