K	Karthikeyan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The waitress at the Restaurant the Staffs at the front desk, the Shuttle driver were all very friendly and hospitality shown was good. The food was very good Negative: They did not have any drinks on the Tap but due to Covid which is understandable
L	Lauren Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is quite close to the airport - only a 5 min free shuttle ride away and they always answer their shuttle phone number! The restaurant is still serving make to order food for main meals and the front desk staff are helpful. We stayed here twice in the last two weeks - the mattress was sagging both times and the pillows were quite hard.

The staff are professional and friendly. The room is good sized and comfortable. The on-site food service is adequate and priced fairly. We are returning to spend another night prior to my early morning departure on New Years eve. Give them a try.
B	Bruce Renton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for three nights. Very quiet. The furniture and interior decoration is very pleasant. Very comfortable and clean. Every staff member was courteous. Even though fairly close to the airport I could barely hear the air traffic.

We travelled from out of town and I called a few days prior for an early check in as we have an 8 month old and wanted to get him settled. Staff couldn’t give me an accurate answer on an early check in. One person said we could check in early, while another said no. My husband forgot his toothbrush, so I called the front desk for one. They agreed to bring one up, but we never received the one. Minor issues, but more attentiveness to guests can take an okay rating up to a great rating.
K	Krissy Tobin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in the jacuzzi suite, the bed had pretty sunken in spots and it hurt our backs. We were pretty disappointed in not having a breakfast buffet either. I think it should be included with hotels when you're paying a premium fee for a room, they still didn't have it running even for a fee because of "COVID". We got breakfast one day and it was good but the portion tiny and not worth the $14 in my opinion. I think many hotels are doing this just to save a buck, not it would make for a more pleasant experience. The room was clean and staff was friendly though.

Edit: I had the Nachos from the restaurant downstairs and they were excellent! My son had pasta that he enjoyed and the portion size was huge. Parking lot was good and free If we need a hotel in Calgary, this place is top of the list
S	Sifat Niloy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my family were visiting Calgary for vacation and decided to stay here as it was very close to the airport. The hotel is nicely decorated with lots of parking. We got 2 double bedroom. The room were nice and spacious. They had everything we needed. You can also reach out to the receptionist if you forgot anything and they're always helpful. The swimming pool was a bit smaller than anticipated but we still enjoyed it as it was not too crowded. We usually ordered food or ate outside so can't comment on the food. Overall a very pleasant stay.
