A	Anonymous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is great on the outside and inside. Room is very modern. Bathroom was missing a shower hook but that was about it. An upgrade they can do to make it look even more up to date is to remove the carpeting and have vinyl flooring instead. Other than that no complaints on the stay or the location.

From their staff’s friendliness and kindness from the comfort of their bed they even have free breakfast and wifi is great 5 star service. Thank you so much Comfort Inn for the amazing stay.

Didn’t have to wait too long for them to find me a new room, got upgraded to a suite. Their free breakfast that’s included is a little sad. Just a juice box, muffin and a granola bar in a paper bag.

There was very little variety and there was no fruit except for a few small, bitter apples. For cereal, they only had oatmeal packets, and they were completely out of milk. The waffle makers are very old and need to be replaced. Also, they didn't have any decaf coffee. The bedding was a little stained and looked dirty. Also the curtains in the room were very dirty. However, the staff were all very friendly, helpful, and polite.

When I arrived Calgary domestic airport, I called them according to their instruction and they said the shuttle is coming in 15 minutes. However, I have waited almost an hour. After I checked in, I tried to check the shuttle bus for the next day, they told me that the time (7am) I wanted was full and they could do nothing. They only have one shuttle every hour and share it with other few hotels. So they DO NOT have their own shuttle! If I want to take the shuttle, I need to take the 6am and I cannot have breakfast as the breakfast only starts at 6:30 am. The only good thing is the staff at the reception helped me with refund and he was polite.
V	Verified Hotel Guest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Friendly staff. Clean & comfortable lobby. Room was nice. Bed comfortable except sheets stained. Negative: Pools/hot tubs werenÂ¿t working. Continental breakfast was horrendous!!! Muffins were rock hard!! It was a breakfast for a child. Sheets had old yellow stains. Guide on tv wasnÂ¿t working.
K	Kaijuu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location was easy enough. Not much of a view but that's to be expected. Pricing was fair for a night. Breakfast was standard and the waffles were appreciated. Staff seemed thin but service was great. Room was quiet. Glad they provided enough pillows on the bed, but wished we had proper or better blankets. We had a duvet that wasn't covered or was missing a cover? Wasn't a fan of that. It was also tucked so far under the bed that it wouldn't even cover past our mid-chest. Extra towels would have been helpful also, as the shower door leaked a bit. Honestly, everything was good 4/5 but the amenities knock off a half point. 3.5 if I could.
