k	kgo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an “okay” and was quite disappointed and we did expect it to be a lot better. Stayed here from 2/12 to 2/14. Had a really bad restaurant service, server had a very passive-aggressive attitude, mayo was given to as late and really yellow, warm and stale and can tell it was sitting in a warmer, food was alright; the wings were the only thing that was good, we ordered scotch on rocks and waited and waited but by the time she handed it to us we were done eating and ready to go. She insisted to take the drink since she already poured it! So she offered it for take out which we left. Was gonna ask her a question and gave as a hand signal to wait. Slow service, would rate a 2/5. It was nice that the swimming pool was 24/7 but we found it had way too much chlorine that gave us a headache. Front desk communication was a bit off towards the end. There was a bit of a confusion since I booked 2 nights separately, I did phone the hotel early that day since I left and confirmed to them about my 2nd reservation for that day (2/14) and the girl on the phone said it had been confirmed, only for us to get back to the hotel and get back to our rooms and the keys don’t work and had to go back down and one of the front desk basically told me to make sure to double check next time since they call housekeeping up to the room as if I didn’t phone to confirm my 2nd reservation. Overall would not recommend this place and a bad experience especially with the restaurant service.

They have a little snack shop and microwave in the room in case you are starving like us. Just what we needed after WestJet abandoned us until the next morning's flight.
S	Stephen Hunter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, very convenient for the airport. Restaurant and bar on site was very good. Nice pool and hot tub. Also have EV chargers near the front door if you happen to have an EV. Would definitely stay there again

Restaurant prices are good and one of the best chipotle chicken sandwich I've ever had. I cannot wait to travel again to Calgary, this time for a longer stay., Hannah at the restaurant, thanks for the hug and the support when I was all emotional. Thanks girlie! <3

Definitely a good place if you’re looking for something close to Calgary International. If I had to complain about anything, it’s that the elevators seemed unusually slow and every time we touched our door handle or pressed the elevator button, we got a little shock. Don’t know if that was just us or what.

The restaurant on location was also above exceptional. Prompt, friendly service and the food was cooked to perfection. Both supper and breakfast. I wish there was a 6th star to give them for my stay here.

The bed was amazing. ? The steam shower is to die for. ? The hot tub and pool are open 24 hours which was perfect. I highly recommend staying here and will be staying here everytime I visit Calgary from now on.

Food is very good from restaurant. Staff is very friendly. I would recommend. I would definitely stay hear again. Only negative, the pool had a lot floaties that looked yucky, got in and got just as fast. ?
