Best Hotel in Canada

T	Tracy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here for 4 days for a training we were running. All around an amazing hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to make you happy. The only slight complaint would be that the beds are not soft enough....doesn't live up the heavenly bed we are used to sinking into. The club lounge is the best we have seen in north America. Great breakfast and snacks. The meeting rooms are amazing at this hotel, as is the gym and pool. Cant wait to go back.

The pool is small, it was perfect for a quick swim. There were some unfinished construction but very little most wouldn't notice. The food in the restaurant was great, my only complaint was the steak was a little over done for my liking. Without hesitation, the wait staff offered to have the kitchen make me a new one.

I was approached by an unmarked truck, asked what I was doing here, and then told to leave. The gentlemen just pointed to a shirt in the back of the truck that had security written on a shirt. I normally always stay at the Westin for business, but after this experience, I intend to take my business elsewhere.

T	Talid Jalbout on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This newly open hotel is nice, but other than the room furnishing and the now iconic fake green wall in the lobby, not much else identified this as a Westin property. The lack of sidewalk on both sides of the main entrance isn't convenient and the bed sheets are not soft. Free parking, pool and gym are available. Bedroom doors are loud!
