Motel style in a hotel setting. Check in was fast but the guy didn't seem happy that I am a walk in... took him 2 minutes to reply back to my good evening. Room looked nice and clean but I could hear the guy on top of my room walking till 1AM... I mean it is a 2x2 room what the he'll u r walking for, I could hear his toilet flush as if it was in my room. I don't think the mattress sheet was changed cz it looked like used so I had to sleep on top of the bed cover. Pillow smelled sweat so had to use a towel on it. The bed was single size bed and was not comfortable at all. I also could hear planes engines the whole night... I do not recommend that hotel. Sorry

Don’t make the same mistake as I did. I recently purchased the 7 park and stay package which claims to include underground parking. Unfortunately, that is a lie as you will be required to pay an additional $9 a day if you want underground parking. Also, be aware that despite the hotel advertising 24 hour shuttle service the shuttle stops picking people up at the airport at midnight. Because of this, I had to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel and was refused reimbursement by the front desk agent. Even though, the park and ride package was supposed to include complimentary transportation. I’ve attached screenshots of the advertisements to this review so everyone can see for themselves I reached out to the hotel in hopes of resolving my concerns with them directly but so far they have not responded. This leads me to believe they are well aware of their misleading advertisements and are purposely deceiving their customers. With so many other hotels around the airport I would strongly recommend staying at another one. Preferably one that is more ethical and responds to customers concerns

Stayed after a flight delay. The desk staff were great, bartender at their restaurant is awesome. Room was very nice, comfortable. After a very long day with delays and aggravating airline staff, coming to this hotel made my day a little better when I just wanted to get home

I have stayed here a few times over the past 5ish years and I would recommend it. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff are always friendly. I travel a lot for work and often have my dog with me. This hotel charges $10.00/night, which is an amazing deal. Other hotels in the area range from $35.00 to $60.00 each night.

We were tired from a long drive, arrived @11 pm and guest service in reception sounds monologue, not even you felt welcome. Room unacceptable without a fridge paying $135 a night. Room is old, picture is deceiving. I tried to get a cup stacked up together and one of the cups have water on it, so disgusting if housekeeping can not even make sure everything is clean and sanitized. We will never TRUST this hotel and definitely will never recomment it.

Was an Okay stay. Lots of little things added up to reduce the overall star count. Pros; Rooftop hot tubs that have a great view of the city. Close to the airport with a shuttle Clean rooms Cons; The fridge was a freezer. The room had a fridge but no matter what temp it was set to it just froze whatever was placed inside. The telephone in the room didn't work. Had to go to the desk for room service. Hotels keys had to be reprogrammed twice. The first time it could have been due to having it close to a cell phone. But the second time we were careful and still could not get into our room. The Room temp was too cold or hot we could not get it just right. The bed was old and the springs compressed to a point that they could be felt when laying down and squeaked when I moved. If you have a choice try out the coast hotel just down the road *UPDATE* They said they'd address my concerns with maintenance and housekeeping but didn't contact me to enquire what room I was staying in. Seems like lip service to trick people reading reviews think they did something to address the issues but swept it under the rug.

Don't ever stay here if you want good customer service. We booked online for 3 nights and checked it on the Wednesday evening and we're checking out on Saturday. The following morning, we get woken up by housekeeping (even though our do not disturb sign is on the door) because they think we are checking out. I tell them we are not checking out and go about our day. The following morning AGAIN, housekeeping knocks at our door, thinking we are checking out. At this point, I check my credit card statement and they have charged me for another night, even though it was prepaid. I called the front desk and Michelle argued with me that we checked in only the night before and that we were only there for one night. I assured her that I had slept in the bed two nights now and was checking out on Saturday. She continued to argue with me, telling me I was wrong. We went down to the front desk and spoke to Sadie, the manager. Her explanation was that the reservation didn't come through correctly so when they assumed we weren't checking out, they put another *hold* of almost 200$. Absolutely nothing was offered to us to make up for the inconvenience. To me, being woken up abruptly on vacation is more than an *inconvenience* but not to Sadie, I suppose. Sadie assured us that everything was going to be okay and we went about our day. We came back to the hotel late on Friday evening and our cards had been deactivated. We went down the the front desk to get new cards and requested a late check-out. At least they gave us that.... An extra hour. This morning, as we are checking out, we try to speak to the manager and discuss how awful this stay was and said that it was ridiculous that our cards had been deactivated. The manager of the day tried to tell us that they must have touched our phones, or credit cards or a magnet. Which is impossible because my fiancΓ© and I make sure to keep the room keys in two separate pockets away from any of those things to avoid this happening. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Only stay here if you want terrible customer service and piss poor management.

Stayed here several times now and took the shuttle in the morning to the airport. Used to be free parking but now it comes with a cost - still reasonable. I think if they reverted to offer free parking that would be great additional selling feature.for guests. Either way liked our stay at hotel.
