★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was not impressed with some of the food items and especially services. Started off with staff failing to recognize a need for high chair. Then either a mix up of food order or chef failed to execute steak orders properly as we had two steak order of which one is medium well and one is medium rare. My medium rare came after the medium well order and not only was it overcooked, the cut of the steak was fatty and chewy. The waitress also had the child meal side dish wrong as we asked for steamed veggies and what ended up on the table were carrot and celery sticks with dressing. To finish off the sub-par evening, staff failed to deliver the dessert and when asked, still not delivered until we almost left. Then the ice cream delivered was very soft close to melting. Though the staff appear to be courteous, the lack of attention to details was disappointing. For the price of food and gratuity paid, it was an evening to forget. Not impressed at all. Won't go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic food and staff! The sweet potato fries were perfectly cooked and were exactly what I was looking for. Nishta the bartender was outstanding! She was friendly, attentive and made great recommendations for food and beverage. It made for a wonderful stay and I look forward to returning there again.

Seated ourselves and then had to call a waitress to take our order then it took a long time to get our food. My wife asked for salt and finally got up and got some off another table
She got up and asked a waitresses for ketchup. Unfortunately it was the only restaurant close to our hotel as we were hungry. Would not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for a bite this evening and was promptly ignored by the staff. It was a little busy, but someone could have just come and said Hi we'll be with you in just a moment. The hostess (I guess) was busy polishing glass while we waited to be greeted AND there WERE tables available. Easy to see why this place has such a low rating. We left and ate somewhere else and staff missed out on a good tip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was friendly. Coffee was just average. Not a premium blend by any means. But for a coffee aficionado, it'll be sub par. Eggs Benedict with soft egg was cooked perfectly. The hollandaise was decent... runny and smooth and not like the consistency of mayo which is nice. But it lacked the citrus undertone which I love. Overall, a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for both dinner and breakfast. For dinner, the service was slow but our server was very friendly. The food was filling and tasted really good.
Breakfast was significantly slower. Took a long time just to get our drinks, the food was kinda bland, and the service was quite slow.
Overall, I'd recommend this location for dinner but not breakfast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food might be good, (although a strange menu) but I never got to try it.
I get it...they are probably short staffed. But, when I arrived the bartender was helping reset a table but said she would be right with me. She bussed another table, mixed and served three sets of drinks and finally came back to seat me.
I sat down and used the QR code to read the menu. Half an hour later I still had not even ordered a drink! Finally the server arrived at the table next to me with a food order. I expected she would drop their food take my order. Instead I overheard that the order was mixed up and she left to follow up with the kitchen.
I waited another 5 minutes for someone to take my order or return to the table with the mixed up food order. Thinking this was probably a reflection of things to come, I got up, put on my jacket and mask....and left.
No one said a word as I walked out the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is not worth the price they charge for generic pub food. We ordered a marinara pasta dish with extra veg that we were charged extra for. Which came with BARELY any vegetables at all. As well as the dish itself being low quality. May as well make your own. Also a double burger with bacon that only came with one patty, no extra ketchup for our fries, which were undercooked and soggy. The total coming to $60 dollars for two items made improperly with a proper tip, and they basically told us they don't care that we were unsatisfied customers. Don't order from places that don't care about their clientele. Pretty simple.
