Useless. My mom was here on holiday and wanted to get the cheap chatr contract for 30 days. The man said it doesnt exist (it very much does) he then set her up and wouldnt except her uk liscence or credit card so had to use mine. Then she left and wasnt given a receipt or any info other then a peice of paper with her phone nunber. We were not told about an activation fee and were told we would receive an invoice in the mail and to call and pay. No invoice received. And a lovely hefty activation charge added. The guy was soo pushy i kept saying we should go to point claire as never had a problem there. Huge drama and stress and still isnt dealt with

Best Buy is getting worst every time I go. Prices are reasonable but they never have anything in stock. Last time I went there, the 8 employees were all hanging out in the entrance discussing in between themselves not even greeting me.

The employees were very kind and helpful. Many of them are well versed with the products and also the exact location of them in such a big store. We were in need of a hard disk encloser and couldn't find one in many of the stores but found one here, in Best Buy. A must stop place to quench your electronic hunt, you will find everything here.

It was the worst after sale and garantie service ive ever experienced. We are not satisfied at all for the service regarding warranty claim. We bought the extended garantie because we have kids,it's more safe to buy garantie. But when we actually wanted to use it, after calling literally 100 times, each time they said something different, very unorganized system.after bringing old device to store to file a claim... After 2 months, still not an update! They told me I have to go to store again take the tv back so they can send a technician to evaluate it. That's very inconvenient, very inconvenient. For the future, I'm definitely going to buy from other stores that support customers after sales better.

Awful and inexistant customer service. If you already know what you want or need, great. If not, good luck finding someone to assist you (let alone someone who knows what they are talking about).

What an awefull experience. Waited 20 minutes in line to get in to bestbuy vaudreuil. I walk to in to a store with no more than 20 customers. When I got in there were no boxing day sale tags, stickers or anything indicating any deals or sales. I then asked one of the ~10 employees standing around chatting for help. Helpful he was not... he then offered to go get someone who knew more about gaming monitors. I said "ok perfect. Thank you.". I then proceeded to wait 15 minutes (keep in mind there were probably about 20 clients in the store and employees are standing around chatting) and decided to leave. I walked in there ready to buy a new gaming keyboard, mouse and monitor and left empty handed due to lack of prices/boxing day sales, inventory and anyone even trying in the slightest to help. This store was an absolute joke compared to the Pointe Claire store. I will be taking my 700$ to Newegg.

Please always avoid the geeksquad department, they will try to get you into a contract with lies and then when comes the time to do work, it'll be an extra charge anyways, and you'll be mailing things into their warehouse. No they will not be fixing it at the store.

Quebec max occupation limit is enforced at the store. The disinfectant bottle is extremely small. An employee took off his face shield while talking to me. Thankfully he had a mask on. Lots of socializing among employees behind the counter. Customers don't seem to be a priority. Waited 10 minutes in the cell phone department until someone came buy to ask a question. The cashier was super nice and had a great attitude. Lots of items are overpriced and geared towards ripping off people who aren't tech savy. $59 for a CAT 6 network cable is robbery, any decent retailer shouldn't charge more than $25 for it.
