Il nous a expliqué le fonctionnement des appareils et les lectures de qualité d'air. Il nous a recommandé certains tests pour les maisons plus vieilles, mais nous a conseillé de ne pas faire certains tests qui sont inutiles pour une vieille maison. Je suis très satisfait d'avoir engagé cette compagnie.
 Good service, attentive and professional staff, I recommend to everyone. The employee answered all of our questions clearly and with certainty. He explained the operation of the devices and the air quality readings. He recommended certain tests for older houses, but advised us not to do certain tests that are unnecessary for an old house. I am very satisfied to have hired this company.

The tests were throughly explained to me and the next day I received detailed, clear reports of the results as well as recommendations for addressing any issues which was very informative and helpful!

The inspection & analysis were done thoroughly by Mr. Doucet who addressed all of our concerns as well as giving us advice on how to mitigate the issues we were dealing with. A comprehensive report was sent within 24hrs, and Mr. Doucet made himself available to address any further inquiries. I am having him come back to run tests in different environment settings because I trust his work and because I like the service he gives. Highly recommend him.

It was recommended to initially buy a DIY mold kit to assess whether or not there was a mold issue and to call them back if needed as their services were much more advanced, thorough and expensive. It's great to hear such a professional and trustworthy response to my situation and I will be dealing with them for all of my future air quality needs.
