They gave me their honest opinion on all matters and I got all my questions answered. I was also pleased by the fact that the owner (Darin) personally got in touch with me to check if everything went well. I am very impressed with Duct Masters and will definitely use them again.

They did a quality job and were available to answer all of my questions. They even came back a second time to answer some additional inquiries I had and the owner himself took the time to make sure everything was okay. I would highly recommend this company and will absolutely call them again should I require any duct cleaning services in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They explained exactly what the services to be performed and they showed up on time!!! Rare for a contractor these days. Did the job in the prescribed time and explained what was happening in real time. Courteous and professional and followed Covid rules.
Invoice was exactly as quoted. Very satisfied. Since all the work completed was inside the air ducts, it's impossible to evaluate the end result!! Before and after photos would help the neophyte customer.

They provided a very professional service and spend extra time answering all of our questions as we recently bought the house and we did not fully understand how a furnace and ducts work. They gave us useful tips and went beyond what we expected. We are really happy we chose this company and because we are still doing some renovations, we will contact them again at the end of the renos to do another cleaning as they are now familiar with us!

Not only could they accommodate but since I needed overall ducts cleaning, they had a plan to save me money and do everything same day. John and David were at our home by 12:30 and did a fantastic job. Truly this company embodied customer service. I highly recommend and will definitely keep their number on hand.

They were very professional, friendly, and funny. Kept the work area tidy and cleaned up after themselves. They were very meticulous in their work. Did not disappoint, will reuse again!
