★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were referred to Zen-Air by another , very happy, customer and , as we know it is always best to go with word of mouth, we decided to give them a try. We were VERY impressed.
We called for a repair of our Mitsubishi splitter. The unit is about 8 years old but well maintained. We had asked about cleaning the whole unit and the technician informed us that he would wait to see if we needed that because it was a costly and time consuming procedure and he didn't want us to have to go down that road it we didn't need to. He did a thorough check and advised it was a simple repair, in and out in under an hour. No big, costly repaired required.
We called during their busy season and had to be flexible on our time in order for the technician to fit us in. The company bent over backwards to make that happen for us and it was greatly appreciated. Recommend letting the coordinator know your availability and try to be flexible so you can get these guys.
Excellent service, honest, knowledgeable...what more could you ask for?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jason and his team at ZEN-AIR did a fantastic job converting my old oil heat to a modern electric central furnace.
It only took them one day to remove the old oil tank and furnace, and install a new electric furnace. They protected my floors, worked quickly, and left the place clean once the job was complete.
Jason really went the extra mile to explain everything I needed to know about my new HVAC system and he showed me how to use my Nest thermostat. He helped me with all of the paperwork for the Chauffez-Vert subsidy, which put $ back in my pocket.
Highly recommend!
