 Service by telephone when making an appointment I called twice and she hung up on me because she does not speak French, unable to have an appointment with my family doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ really bad experience at the clinic, Dr NGUEGNO, ANATOLE was very rude and unprofessional to my 83 yo mother, she was almost in tears when she left a clinic due to a bad treatment.

I had a family doctor for my kids (was rather far away from us) and heard great things about Dr NGUEGNO ANATOLE from our neighbors who have kids the SAME AGE as we do, so I placed my kids on a waiting list and finally got an appointment for both of my kids by phone with one condition: that I deregister from our previous doctor (which I did).
The appointment was due yesterday, I had a call from the doctor which I couldn’t pickup (hands full literally) I call back seconds after with the voice machine picking up. This morning I called to reschedule the appointment, the secretary was very kind she reassured me that everything was fine and she rescheduled the appointment . This afternoon I received a call from the same secretary telling me that the doctor looked at my kids file and said he is not taking patients that young (only teenagers). Let me remind you , our neighbors have kids THE SAME AGE AS OURS, they are patients of doctor Dr NGUEGNO ANATOLE.
Why the double standard?! My kids are left without a doctor because of the doctors wish. This is NOT what medicine stands for, let me remind you of the Oath you gave Dr ANATOLE when you became a physician (as I also am one but cannot practice in Canada). SHAME ON YOU!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very thin doors/walls, we can hear the patients and physicians discussing very clearly. Just be aware. First impression of the place, very sterile and impersonal. This being said, the nurse clinician is friendly and curteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience so far. Staff are all very nice, appointments have been easy to get (I have my family doctor here). The entrance of the clinic is not obvious from the outside (take the door where the cafe is) but I'm sure that'll be cleaned up with time.
