After a detailed on-site home review, Scott prepared a comprehensive evaluation report, which included: access to their homeowner’s advisory club; market trends; up-keep recommendations; current comparables; and my home’s estimated market value. This was exactly what I was looking for.
The service from Scott and team was professional and top-notch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We met a lot of real estate agents before we settled upon Kimberly from the Broady Windsor Group and we could not have made a better choice. Some agents pitched us lower commission rates , but i believe that Kimberly obtained a higher selling price then comparable houses in our neighbhoorhood by at least 30k-40k. She took the time and effort to create a personalize video of not only our property but the surrounding amenities and attractions and her staging was fantastic. We also worked with Megan and Amanda from the Broady Windsor Group and they were very professional. Our property sold within 72 hours of listing even though we listed at a higher price compared to similar properties in the area. I highly recommend Kimberly and the Broady Windsor group!

Throughout the past several months, Scott has been there every step of the way. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. We never felt that he was just trying to sell us a house, but that he was a mentor to answer our questions and help us to make the best decision for our family.
We entered a market that was extremely competitive, hectic and perhaps even traumatic. Leaning on Scott made the whole journey a lot less stressful, to say the least. Scott was very responsive to our needs and was always available when we needed him to be. When we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Scott walked us through every step of the negotiations, and ensured we were consulted and informed the whole time. He even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and we thank Scott for that every day!
