★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Michele Sallee listing, she advertised that there was a previous problem with Mice, but it had been taken care of. Upon occupancy, the house was INFESTED with Mice and Mouse feces in the ENTIRE house.
Buyer beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son purchased a house threw Patrick Wells. Mr. Wells came to the signing unprepared . No keys to the premise. He stated key was left on OUTSIDE light. Who does that! Would not respond to our agent calls or email. Son was not even able to go in for a second viewing. Mr. Wells never seemed to have keys and really didn't care for clients.
When we finally reached him, he told us to stop with the name calling. When all we said was he was very professional. Will not recommend Patrick Wells to any one. You want service go to Royal Lepsge.

We called her to have information about the listing of a condo on the market to rent and she asked how pertinent were our questions about the owner living there or not. When we explained to her and told her to forget about us she called us back with the worst attitude trying to explain herself and telling us she wouldn’t live in the property that she is listing.
We had to fight to get an answer.
Worst service and worst attitude.
