We hired Jay to help us with our move from Toronto to Montreal. We wanted to find the perfect family home but we didn’t know anything about the market. Jay helped us every step of the way, including making appointments while we were still living in Toronto and giving us honest feedback on the pros of cons of ever house we saw. Maybe we were being too picky about what we wanted but if so, Jay never complained. He continued to take us to showing after showing until we landed our dream home.
What we really appreciated the most was Jay’s extensive knowledge of the houses in the area and the current market which helped us set our expectations. He was able to give us an unbiased assessment of the value of a home and the expectations of what it would sell for. Every time he was right on the money.
