He took the time to come to my place and understand exactly what I was looking for. At first I was looking for rental property, and he had all the patience in the world, talking me out of a few deals. He didn't show a hint of frustration when I suddenly pivoted towards wanting to by a house instead. His patience and enthusiasm continued and he helped me find my first home that hit everything I was looking for. He makes you feel he is all about you when he is also running a business.
I cannot recommend John enough to anyone looking to purchase a property!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were shopping for our first house in 2017, and after going at it alone for a few months we became overwhelmed with the process. She found an online posting that led us to Jon. I was skeptical at first, I thought real estate agents were not worth the cost.
But, we quickly realized the tremendous value that a great real estate agent can bring. And Jonathan is a great agent.
During the process he was responsive to our question and concerns, answering calls on nights and weekends. Giving us strong recommendations for the entire process, from visiting houses to the mortgage, and the notary etc.
Even after we baught our first house he has provided us with endless value, recommendations on how to maintain and increase value in the house. Keeping us up-to-date with the market and our area.
Jon is an amazing person and easily one of the very best real estate agents you can get.

His help and support in getting our old home ready for viewing were essential. His constantly good, smiling, upbeat energy made the experience so much easier.
