Excellent customer service at reception and the technician was very professional as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent a request for some information through their website. I got a call back from someone who was of no help at all. They had a very cold and condescending tone. At first they didn't even ask me more details about my question they just said that booking an appoinment was not possible. That was not the reason of my request. I would definitely avoid this establishment as if this is any indication of how people are treated on place it is very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In both cases I went physically to the location with my requisition. In the first case I was seen in 30 minutes and for the second, a bone scan they gave me an appointment for which they were exactly on time. The service was impeccable, the work was done quickly pleasantly and professionally. What more can you want. The only glitch was me !! I missed the sign that asked me to wait in line to be called. No one yelled at me and I'll know better next time.
