Understandable that we couldn't see the car without the owner even if the car was my brother's and he's at the hospital because of the accident. The way they threw us to the street and were nasty with us is disgusting. You can give information to clients and they will understand but you can do it without being heartless. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service !!!!!!!!! . I got my car towed on Saturday and the guy who came to tow it was clearly not qualified he had no idea what he was doing. He had to make phone calls to make sure that he was towing my car properly. He attached his hook to the wrong part of my car and broke the plastic protector under my car. He was told to tow the car to the dealership but instead left in in the middle of the street with the doors unlocked. I got 3 parking tickets from the city !!!! When i called to asked why that happened they said the dealership was closed but it was open till 4pm and i got it towed early that afternoon so he had more then enough time to get there before closing, the staff was extremely unprofessional and said " What do you want us to do" ? and hung up on me. DO NOT EVER USE THIS TOWING COMPANY THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNREALIABLE !! I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THEM 1 STAR.
