★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Amir, but the quality of the food at this specific outlet was very under par. The food ratio was terrible and everything was either undercooked, overcooked, or stale; I am really not exaggerating here. Out of the many Amirs I have been to, this one is the first to disappoint me. Majority was just near-raw rice and soggy salad with a thin layer of very unfresh meat with some overcooked potatoes and a side of completely stale and crusty peta bread. Hardly any sauce either, the food was extremely dry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Amir in town. Delicious tasting meat and chicken plates/sandwiches. They always have a wide variety of fresh salads. Everything they have is so good and is made in-house. Most importantly the restaurant is very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Amir and would usually recommend it to anyone. The food is usually great but I was pretty disappointed this time. I got a shish taouk (chicken) wrap and it was very bland. The chicken didn't have much flavour and the garlic sauce was either missing the garlic or not on the sandwich at all. It was not enjoyable nor what I was expecting at all.
The staff were nice though. My husband had a couscous platter which he said was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been eating at Amir for years now and love it, but it was my first experience eating at this particular location, I was not too impressed,
food was ok, potatoes were way overcooked but what really got me is that the employee on duty was on his cell phone when we walked in and proceeded to make our food without washing his hands, I had to actually tell him to stop handling the pita breads and wash his hands, it was a good lesson for my teen boys to witness I suppose, food safety is so important.
