★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very horrible manger! Went at 9:40pm on Thursday to get a milk shake and as usual every other McDonald’s adds SKOR in my milkshake. With an additional cost. The manger at this location did not want to put the SKOR in my milk shake. Never recommending this McDonald’s. Horrible customer service. Had to go to the depaneur to buy my own skor bars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At 10pm the drive thru closes for some period of time ranging from 15 minutes to an hour. There is no prior warning, just you arrive and the staff are on break with trash cans placed in the drive thru. When you do get your food, it's the fries that were made an hour ago, likely missing your nugget sauce, and better check to see if you got cheese too. Basically, a "buyer beware" kind of McDonald's and if you can stop at the one in Ile Perrot go there instead.
Update: Ordered breakfast here 12/5/2022, got hash brown and orange juice, but no McMuffin sandwich.
12/16/2022 Ordered a plain McDouble, sans Ketchup, mustard, pickle, etc. Instead, got McDouble with everything on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there and ordered food and reconfirmed what I wanted and I was given cold food. Spoke to the manager and was offered free food to only find out that there's hair in my poutine!! So upsetting
