★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called for the Schedule a free in-home water test since the system I have at home from you guys is unknown to me and that the water tasted bad for a wild since I purchase the house. I called for a tech to pass by, ask about the service call for a free evaluation and got this morning a visit from your tech... He check for 30 minutes and talk to me about the machine, change the volume at when it is trigger to do a backwash... all set and go... all for 148$!!!! He NEVER even got close to the water... open any tap...tested anything... he only use the original data of 2008 when the system was install, telling me that the level was good.. and all... from 9 years ago! So from your web site, I get FALSE ADVERTISEMENT of a free check of the system, end up with 150$ bill for a tech that spend 30 minutes doing...basically nothing and leave. I ask for a free water test, got a no test at 150$...with data of 9 years ago... he never even smell or tasted the water. I request a answer to this false advertisement and a REFUND for this total fraudulent action from your part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a "first time buyer" of water filtration system and investigated many different ones. It was sometimes very difficult to figure out which one to settle on value vs price. The level of service provided by Culligan and information provided was absolutely fantastic - Pami Zafirakos provided us with clear information about the system (comparing to others), answered all my questions about competitor systems, provided "sample" water bottles so we can try it and did not "put any pressure" on us to make a decision. Out of all the systems I looked at this was the one which offered the best level of filtration and water quality. Too boot, their "ease of doing business", level of knowledge, and professionalism made it a quite easy decision. The flexibility of renting with option to buy also helps make the purchase "stress free" of worrying about making a mistake.
We have had our system for a month now and whole family loves it. We hosted a party with over 30 people and used the system extensively never once even coming close to "missing water".
The only downside is that we like our water cold and the water is room temp from the system - would be great if they could solve that issue.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the initial contact by Pami (which came from an enquiry on-line) to the actual testing and thorough explanation of our needs to the installation and follow up we were overwhelmed by the professionalism.
We weren't sure that Culligan would serve our area in Quebec but all I needed to do was e-mail and I received an immediate call back.
I already knew that Culligan had the very best product on the market!
The installers came right on time, did the job thoroughly showing respect for our home, gave us a complete explanation before leaving.
Getting a Culligan system for our home has totally transformed our water!
Culligan employees are the best and Pami is the BEST of the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Culligan water softener has been a huge disappointment for us. System was installed and our pipes now knock and make noise inside the walls. At 2am when the system re-generates the pipes knock, making sleep impossible. This is a newer house that never had any issues with the plumbing prior to culligan installing their equipment. Pami is refusing to resolve the problem, and the only option left is to remove the unit completely. Pami was very defensive and somewhat rude. He is a salesman, and once the sale is made, there is no customer service to be had from him. Avoid these guys, the product doesn't work well, installers are not plumbers, and Pami does not understand customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had a great experience with Culligan from the initial contact. Pami was so helpful and courteous and answered all our questions. The installation team was great and left everything neat and tidy. We have noticed a big difference in our water, less soap etc being used and no spots or stains on bathroom and kitchen fixtures. We decided to opt for the WiFi add on and Pami arranged and installed this very quickly and at the same did a water test which showed no water hardness whatsoever. It has been a pleasure doing business with Pami and Culligan and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Last spring, I had a Medalist Water softener installed in my recently built house. From the get go, I felt confident Culligan could offer me what I needed in terms of water softener and eliminate the limestone build up. Initially inquired with 3 companies. Was offered reverse osmosis which was a very costly and complicated system that would take up a lot of space, 2nd company did not bother to show up and finally the Culligan representative took the time to explain their system and answer all my questions.
Not sure if I can say the rep’s name but I will identify him as Mr. Z. who came to my house a couple of times suggested to have the system that best suited my needs installed out of the way. The team scheduled the installation and this was done in a timely fashion. I then felt I was sparing all my appliances (fridge, washer, hot water tank as well as all the faucets) from the limestone buildup.
All this being said, 6 months down the road, I have found a huge difference. No more limestone buildup anywhere and my shower glass door/panels are nice and shiny.
I apologize for the lengthy message but I was one of the Hydro customers without power (fortunately only 14 hours) but later on, I heard water running in the basement. Quick investigation made me realize the water was continuously running in my water softener. I admit, I panicked. Didn’t know how to fix that (not mechanically inclined and did not find answers in the instruction book nor on the internet). I called Mr. Z. and although it was Saturday, he returned my call within minutes. In my humble opinion, this is beyond the call of duty and I appreciated his taking personal time to reassure me and guide me. Within 1 hour, everything was back to normal.
If you need a water softener, I highly recommend Culligan for the quality of their product and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really love our new water softener and above all the great service we received. Pami was amazing! He took time to explain everything thoroughly. We were left without a power for about 12 hours during the storm which affected the programming. So when the wash cycle started in the unusual time it got us worried and we started contacting Pami. He went above and beyond his duties calling us back at 10PM on Friday and helping us to reprogram the water softener!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Satisfied. I have been doing business with Culligan for several years through my business for tank less water systems. At home I have recently set up a water softener and a reverse osmosis system. We did a complete gut of our home, Pami was very accommodating when we wanted to centralize all water systems in our basement where our main water entrance is. No more dry skin, no more spots on our shower doors, no more calcium marks in coffee makers etc and best of all great tasting drinking water. Do not hesitate, best thing you can do for your family.
