Dès l’appel téléphonique, Alexandra m’a renseigné et j’ai pris un rendez- vous pour le service d’un technicien à la maison. Le technicien Éric, ayant une très grande connaissance des systèmes Rainsoft, accompagné de son stagiaire ont réparé mon traitement d’eau Rainsoft datant des années 1990 pour une somme de 261$. Ça vaut la peine !!?
A company that I highly recommend, especially for the relevant information, the friendly and respectful staff. From the phone call, Alexandra informed me and I made an appointment for the service of a technician at home. Technician Éric, having a great knowledge of Rainsoft systems, accompanied by his trainee repaired my Rainsoft water treatment dating from the 1990s for the sum of $261. It's worth it!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a home in St-Anicet and quickly realized that the new home we had bought was filled with "febreze air fresheners" to mask the absolute stench of the water. Once the febreze wore off, it was clear that we had a real problem with the well water. Taking hot showers was unbearable and the entire house smelled like rotten eggs anytime any hot water was turned on anywhere in the house. Forget doing a hot water wash. It was brutal. Groupe Ilqueau installed a full water softening unit and under sink water purifier. It was absolutely night and day. The hot water no longer smells AT ALL and we can be fully confident drinking the well water knowing it is free of particles, bacteria, and pesticides from any of the surrounding farms. This was a serious upgrade to our new home. Thank you Groupe Ilqueau!
