★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai reçu les coordonnées de l'entreprise chez Rona de Châteauguay, après un appel M. Brunori, me donne un r-vous dans 2 semaines un vendredi midi, j'attends!!!, il m’appelle pour me faire remettre le rendez-vous à 17:00 samedi suivant, samedi 19:00, brillant par son absence!, je lui téléphone, répondeur!, il me rappelle pour me dire qu'il est à 45mins de chez moi, j'attends encore, il finit par arriver, regarde, discussion, note mon adresse courriel pour m'envoyer mon estimation, 1 semaine plus tard, je lui téléphone pour savoir combien de temps pour faire une estimation? il me réponds qu'il n'a plus de temps pour cette été, qu'il est déjà booker!! et rajoute: ''je ne veux pas dire que je peux le faire cette année quand je ne peux pas'', je le rappelle (encore son répondeur) pour lui dire que mes travaux peuvent se faire l'année prochaine en autant que j'ai une soumission cette été pour la ville de Montréal qui m'accorde une subvention qui expire 12 mois après avoir déposée ma demande.
J'ai jamais eu de retour d'appel ni de E-mail. NON mais quelle perte de temps! 0/5 étoiles si je pouvais!
 I received the contact details of the company at Rona de Châteauguay, after a call Mr. Brunori, give me a r-you in 2 weeks on a Friday noon, I'm waiting !!!, he calls me to get me the appointment at 17:00 next Saturday, Saturday 19:00, brilliant by his absence !, I call him, answering machine, he reminds me to tell me it is 45mins from home, I'm still waiting, he finally arrives, looks, discusses, notes my email address to send me my estimate, 1 week later, I phone him to know how long to make an estimate? he replied that he has no time for this summer, he is already booker !! and add: '' I do not want to say that I can do this year when I can not '', I remind him (again his answering machine) to tell him that my work can be done next year as long as I I have a quote this summer for the city of Montreal, which grants me a grant that expires 12 months after filing my application.
I never had a call back or e-mail. NO, but what a waste of time! 0/5 stars if I could!
