Bought a RecPro 58 inch power reclining sofa. Easy transaction, lots of communication and sofa arrived in perfect condition. Would buy from again.

Looks good, reasonable quality, very light. Quick and satisfactory response from sales (with the one ordering issue I encountered). Delivered across Canada within the stated delivery times once the above order issue was resolved. Arrived in good condition and was protectively packaged.

Don’t bother ordering small items from this store. Shipping is too expansive and you will wait forever and that is if you even get your order. Also shipped 25 foot trim instead of 50. No problem they shipped another 25 feet and wait again.

The good: Sales was very easy to deal with, great response time. The rep answered all my questions and was very accommodating. The blinds I ordered arrived sooner than I expected. There was some slight damage to the outside of the package but the blinds were packaged very well so there was no damage to the items. The quality of the blinds is very good, being that they are made by the same manufacturer as the original blinds in our motorhome. The colours are pretty true to the website. Now for the not-so-impressive things. 1. The colours I originally wanted for my day/night blinds ended up not being available for whatever reason; in fact, the sheer (day) portion was only available in white, so I ended up ordering something I'm less satisfied with than I intended because suppliers for these items aren't easy to find. The colours I got will do, but they're not ideal. This could be a supply chain issue and no fault of CanadaRV, but they need to update their website to what is actually available, or post a caveat at least. 2. The cost of shipping is a killer. For the price I paid for the blinds, free or at least a discounted flat rate would be nice. And the original shipper seemed to have misplaced the shipment; i had to call after two weeks of no status change from 'in transit'. Luckily my call got things moving again. 3. Yes, the website does say the 'night' portion of the blinds aren't blackout - or at least it does now. I don't think it did when I ordered. There's really no difference in light filtering capabilities between the new blinds and what I already have installed. A blackout option would have been nice; the website's suggestion of ordering roller blinds if you want blackout doesn't work for my motorhome. I required pleated blinds. Overall, CanadaRV performed well and exceeded expectations in a couple areas. The issues I encountered were largely not their fault. But I did want to note them so other consumers are aware of the possible hiccups. All considered, I would order from them again.

I just purchased a 110 volt stainless rv fridge from Canada Rv to replace the dometic rv fridge that failed after 5 yrs. The support on the phone was great and the delivery to my house was great. I have been using it a couple of weeks now and we love it. Thanks for all your help.

I'm very satisfied first time order, purchase and goods receipt with Canada RV. 48"-110" RecPro RV Slide Out Awning Fabric, and 15' RV Awning Replacement Fabric. With my mechanical experience (meaning handling spring tension energy) installed both materials "safely" and fit good as new original. Completed project in 8 hours comfortably, a few minutes help from wife when needed and time for lunch. I trust in Canada RV catalog range of products is all I need to keep my 25 ft. 5th wheel RV in top shape.

Great people to work with. Very helpful with questions. As a RECPRO distributor, they were helpful in adding new products to their web sight when I asked, and processed my orders quickly. Shipping rates and times were pretty good as well. I purchased a powered, reclining love seat and matching dinette cushions. They look great, the dimensions were accurate, the cushions for the dinette are a bit small for my dinette but i expected that and I purchased some matching fabric and made some additional cushion pieces to take up the gap. I’m very happy with the items and the service. The new furnishings look great and work great. Thanks folks. This year 2022, I also purchased a 36” set of dinette benches. These were to replace the stock 42” dinette in my greyhawk class c motorhome. Photos are attached. They fit well, look great and are rather comfortable since the seat is padded and affixed with seat springs. It’s not just a box with a pad. The seat is hinged for access to storage. One side is taken up by electrical services as was the the case with the stock setup in my motorhome, while the other is available for storage. There is no mounting hardware but a simple set of “L” brackets and wood screws from a local hardware store enabled the benches to be secured to the floor. I’m very pleased with the product and the spread of delivery from canada RV. I also needed to replace the awning fabric on my class c motorhome. I ordered the 18’ slate blue fade pattern. Again canada rv delivered quickly and in good condition. I was able to install the fabric onto the “care free” manual awning frame by myself in a few hours at a fairly leisurely pace. It fit well, installed easily, looks great. I’m pretty happy so far. See attached photos. Thanks canada rv.
