★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car broke down at 6am on my way to work on a snowy morning, they got to me within 30 minutes and took my car to my garage in 30 minutes. Very courteous staff on the phone and on the service. Would call them again... but we always hope we don’t need them again ;-)

They wait on the highway for someone to go into accident.
It was a 5min tow from the highway they told us $100 but when we went to pick the car they wanted to charge $600.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not reliable , I purchased a boat lift and it had to be picked up from the sellers home this was not a emergency towing but a scheduled transport .
after over a week of back and forth
With 48 hr plus replies i set up a appointment to move a boat lift from Hudson to st zotique I tried multiple time periods to no avail they came back with a time between 2 and 3 pm on a Friday I texted and called to confirm the appointment, I told them the item was at a third party’s home and we all had to coordinate and that it’s been a week to get here they said it was a busy day but the platform would be there, I waited until 3:15 and called dispatch to ask how long they told me the truck was on another call but soon, 4:45 almost 3 hours wait and no show, they still had no idea when.
So I told them to cancel.
Call anyone else even the rate of $125 hr you can get any other west Islam company to do the job.
