★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai de gros symptômes post-covid : sinusite, mal aux oreilles, étourdissements, toux forte dès que je fais un effort, grande fatigue, maux de tête. J'ai de la difficulté à rester debout pour me faire à manger et j'ai tordu un bras au médecin pour qu'il me signe un arrêt de travail de 3 jours... Je me suis tellement sentie incomprise. Je suis obligée de me trouver un autre médecin pour être réévaluée. J'aime mieux aller à l'urgence que de reprendre un autre rendez-vous via Bonjour-santé à cette clinique.
 I have major post-covid symptoms: sinusitis, earache, dizziness, strong cough as soon as I make an effort, great fatigue, headaches. I find it difficult to stand to cook myself and I twisted an arm for the doctor to sign me off work for 3 days... I felt so misunderstood. I have to find another doctor to be reassessed. I would rather go to the emergency room than reschedule another appointment via Bonjour-santé at this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultrasound technician was extremely rude and he refused to speak English with me, he also said he didn't care that I spoke English. Even the front staff was rude. Worst medical service I have ever received. And they call themselves professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got an appointment fairly quickly for my injury. Visibly in great pain and reduced mobility, I was not offered time off. I could barely lift my arm. I was told to get an Xray and they would give me the results THE FOLLOWING WEEK when I'd return for a followup. I was refused an MRI "because we have to be careful of our resources". I obediently followed up the next week with her colleague who was more compassionate and said "you can't go to work like that!" The xray showed no fracture, so I asked for an MRI again, and again was refused for the same reason. Finally my doc saw me after the holidays and ordered an MRI which I did privately (which was covered by my insurance). It was a crazy fracture of the shoulder that couldn't be seen well on Xray. 4.5 months later I'm going back to work after many many hours of therapy of different sorts.
What if I hadn't persisted? What about those who can't afford? Can't express themselves well? The system deepens the divide between the haves and have-nots. Sad. No compassion here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The secretary is rude, does not listen to you when you speak on the phone, and incessantly interrupts you with the alternative phone options that she assumes is the relevant option without listening to what you have to say. After being cut off four times by her rudely saying "option 3, then option 5" rather than listen to me speak, I finally hung up on her because I could did not want to stoop to her level by being equally as rude with her, and finally did dial that option. When dialing those options, and other options outside of speaking to a receptionist, they take you to a voicemail box which is and has been full, therefore I am unable to leave a message to get the right information. I am at a point with this clinic that I am looking for a new one, as I have been met only with issues when it comes to trying to speak with my doctor (whom I have nothing against).
Do not recommend - they are clearly too busy to treat their patients with any sort of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from Dr Turnblom and friendly nurses and staff. My only gripe is when trying to communicate with them via their phone system is an endless loop and the section I needed said they could no answer nor could I leave a message.
