★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I phoned to make an appointment. Answering system not very helpful when you need to talk to a human. So I left a message. Next day I spoke with someone. She was so rude, kept cutting me off, I ended up telling her to f- off. How's that for service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Short wait if you book an appointment the day before online. Extremely hard to get an appointment on-site as a walk in. They typically turn you away based on the severity. Always had a good experience with the nurses in triage and the doctors. The xray clinic Radimed in the basement are great with children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for a pneumonia. I was seen by the doctor and had an xray with a follow-up in under 2 hours. Excellent team, service and experience. I'm always impressed with the service at this clinic, and the online registration is very convenient.

. Then I was told my results will be back in 1 or 2 days and they would call. No one has called. Its been 5 days ? . Im in pain. What a waist of 100 dollars

Doctor said she would send my referral to the specialist for an EMERGENCY appointment and after two weeks of waiting for a phone call, I finally called to be told no referral was ever sent. Two more weeks later and the doctor STILL hasn’t sent my referral. They don’t seem to care that im in pain and have been waiting for over a month to see a specialist. Avoid this clinic at all cost!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor was very rude and dismissive of my questions. I did get my prescription renewed but all other questions i had were dismissed. The waiting room was good and reception staff were friendly and understanding
