★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there last week with ankle pain. Saw Martin who diagnosed the problem quickly and was very honest with the solution to my problem. He found the source og the problem within 20 minutes and it solved my pain and I now know how to avoid it. Thank you!

They have someone working for them who is not an actual osteopath. He is currently doing his course but is not certified yet which means your insurance company WILL NOT PAY. I have Great West Life and they refused my coverage and I went 2 times. The management did not care at all that he has someone claiming to he an osteopath who is not yet one. You cannot work as a healthcare professional in any other field without being done your course or at a minimum letting clients know but this place does not care. The owner offered to pay back 30$ which was 100$ less than my insurance would have covered. He stated that he is running a business and cannot cover the costs of lost insurance payment even if it is his fault for FALSE ADVERTISING. I would not recommend a place that lies about their staff's credentials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Physiotherapist was very nice, completely bilingual. She put together an therapy plan and was email me a file that detailed everything and even had videos demonstrating showing how to do the recommended exercises. :)
