★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very knowledgeable and kind staff. Had my bridesmaids' bouquets and my bridal bouquet prepared and was absolutely thrilled to see how gorgeous they were! I went in showing a few pictures of bouquet styles I liked and they managed to come up with exactly what I had in mind. Highly recommend! Make sure you go visit your local florist if you need flowers for any special occasion :)
PS: also had them prepare and deliver flowers to a coworker who underwent a surgery. She absolutely loved them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered flowers from their website for my girlfriend. Delivery was on time, and flowers were exactly as pictured. Came in a glass vase and a hand written note! I usually go in person and the family that owns the store is very nice and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered flowers for my daughter's bday to be delivered that afternoon. On my way home, approx 5:45 pm, knowing that they close at 6 pm I decided to stop to confirm that the flowers were delivered. To my surprise the flowers were sitting on the counter with many other orders. The girl had no real reason as to why the flowers were still undelivered.
To add insult to injury, the bouquet I ordered when I got home realized that some of the flowers were not fresh. The pricey bouquet did not even last two days. As they are affiliated with FTD I reached out to there customer service. Let's just say. waste of time. Customer service is definitely not their forte. Very disappointed, won't go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in to ensure that they are open and the woman who answered was the rudest person I've ever spoken to. It's unfortunate because it's near my house and I love to support local... and now seeing the last post it's the owners daughter... way to ruin your parents business...
People work hard to make a name and then their kids ruin it because they can't be polite on the phone...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The flowers we got are stunning, absolutely no complaints on that. however, the owners daughter is just absolutely downright rude, mean with a huge attitude, she should not be be dealing with the public if she hates her job that much, but the owner is so incredibly pleasant and kind.
