★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was heading to this fleurist on April 1st to buy my mom a bouquet for her birthday, and called ahead saying I will be there soon before 5pm which is the closing time. The lady said okay if you arrive before 5 it is okay. I showed up at 4:58pm, the door was already locked and all the lights were off. I knocked on the door and called. The lady in the store saw me at the door, ignored me and turned away. I am VERY disappointed in their service, especially because I was on time and she was expecting me. Super unprofessional and lost that business and any future business of mine or the people I know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this store! I have ordered flowers on multiple occasions From this shop. The delivery is in timely manner, flowers are always fresh and designs are beautiful! I live far from my family and knowing that I can always count on this shop for any occasion give me a piece of mind!
P.S. I ordered flowers on line. Fresh and Beautiful bouquet was delivered within 4 hrs- WOW!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy from here, I’m very unsatisfied. VERY BAD SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS. I called them to let them know my concerns, and they ignore nor tried to compensate me for shipping me dead flowers full of fungus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a son living in Vancouver, I have to blindly buy a bouquet of flowers for my mother in St Lazar. Giving them a budget to work with, they delivered an amazing bouquet of flowers to her, and my mother was so happy! It was a large bouquet, high quality of floral types, and strong fragrance. Then my mom gave me heck for spending my money on her... haha. Typical European mother looking out for her son... haha.
I highly recommend this florist, and will be calling again on other special occasions.

My order was confirmed in the early afternoon and the flowers were delivered late afternoon just a few hours later. I would highly recommend for high quality flower arrangements.
