I asked for a specific flower, the owner mentioned it looked a little old and suggested something better.. We then some about a few small subjects in which he gave me really good information. Super nice person. They also sell these chocolates which are to die for. Great job. I'm glad I went.

I just got my order delivered for a new born baby boy and I chose blue flowers, I got very small bouquet and totally different what I ordered from website, blue color they sent red valentines balloons ?, chocolate ? in plastic bags and total cost $154 US, the gift was for my friend and made me feel embarrassed ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the "Hugs and Kisses Bouquet with Red Roses" for my mother for both her birthday and mother's day last week. I ordered them around 6 pm at night, and they arrived the following morning at around 8 - 9am. I am very satisfied with the quality in which the flowers came in, which shows that they were delivered with care! The vase in the picture was included with the delivery. Definitely worth considering them if you want to surprised your loved one(s). Thank you @Dorval Florist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I discovered this florist a couple of weeks ago while looking for a local service and when I made an order at that time I was very impressed with the customer service on the phone, they asked me to text my personal message so they would get it right on the card and their method of delivery was very detailed to ensure the customer received the gift. The recipient of the beautiful plant, was very impressed with the quality of the plant as well as the delivery person!
Now, two weeks later, I myself received a delivery from this florist as a gift, a Christmas arrangement and it was gorgeous! Fresh, beautifully arranged and the delivery person, even when I said it was OK to leave it on my front step, was afraid it was too cold outside and took it to a neighbours for me and left me a written note to advise.
In my first two transactions with this business, I am very impressed and will continue to use their services and products!
