Mathieu en physio m’a monté un plan de soulagement, d’étirements et d’exercices de stabilisation et de renfort. Avec des visites plus rapprochées au début et des visites de suivi, 3 mois plus tard ma qualité de vie s’est maintenant beaucoup améliorée. Merci encore Mathieu! I consulted the team for back pain that plagued me with pain 24/7. Mathieu in physio set me up a plan of relief, stretching and stabilization and reinforcement exercises. With closer visits at the beginning and follow-up visits 3 months later my quality of life has now improved a lot. Thanks again Matthew!
