This clinic has been my GP clinic for several years. The doctors are fine, but the receptionists are terribly rude and unhelpful. Don't take it personally if they are rude to you...

I have been with Hudson Med Center for over 20 years and I have an amazing doctor and now in August 2021 am not able to talk to anyone, I spend a whole day trying to get back to the Hudson Med Center after they left me a message to reschedule my appointment and was not able to get to talk to anyone. In the prior years they used to answer their calls and now no none answers. Cannot even email them. Too bad that service is no longer there. Wish we could back to the great service I used to get from the Hudson Med Center. Sorry to see that it is did not get better but worse in taking care of their patients. If we cannot get through to you by telephone at least let your patients be able to email you. My time is as available as yours.

I always take care of everyone else before myself, but the Hudson Medi center support staff, nurses and Doctors prioritize me. Thank you for all you do!!

Their receptionist is absolute hell on wheels. She's rude, always unfriendly, and generally horribly condescending. And an equal-opportunity offender - she's like that to everyone, even when you're friendly with her. Doctors and nurses are kind and helpful, I have nothing bad to say about them, quite the contrary. But the receptionist is the first point of contact and makes herself into a genuine OBSTACLE and gatekeeper to get care. I've been at this clinic for years and I've completely had it. ***UPDATE 2022: They have nurses now and these women are truly amazing and helpful, compassionate, insightful, and IMHO they do a better job than most doctors I've seen because they ask more questions and take the time to get to know the problem and the circumstance instead of looking at me like they're waiting for me to stop talking so they can dismiss me and talk at me (which has been the majority of my experience with dr's at this point). It also seems they have a new receptionist, which is great!

After 43 years of being a patient, because we live in St. Lazare we have been kicked to the curb. The current receptionist's have NO empathy, you should have known the original receptionist's they were kind, considerate and did everything to help. GMF did this to our medical care.

Been going to this clinic since I was born. These last years has been very hard on me because of bad working environment. I went to norme du travail,they accepted my complaint but the battle is between 3 to over 10 years and admitted than can't realy help me but my doctor and this clinic did help me as best as possible. Every time I called the front desk was polite,understanding and even if I did not have a appointment they always found a way,as I was in distress the front desk was polite and took the time to listen to me and showed compassion. Last time I was there I notice a paper at the front desk,it mentioned about one of the doctor don't need his name,had to unfortunately take is retirement so I guess he did not want to retire but he had to.On this paper it said we know this is a enconvinience but please be polite,don't be aggressive, be respectful to the staff and they was more . I'm 50 and this doctor as been at this clinic since I was born,all the good he did for so many people and he did way more he needed to do but instead of stopping 20 years ago he continued as long as he could because he cared and this is the thanks he gets.I know its not all his patience are like that but probably the minority but that minority should be ashamed of them selves, its not that doctors fault the system works this way.

Dr. Leclerc has been my doctor for 17 years and she has been great. The receptionists however are awful, extremely rude and unhelpful. Also impossible to get an appointment, the phone lines are constantly busy, I can never get through. No way to leave a message or anything. I have no way to get a hold of my doctor. Extremely frustrating.

Receptionists are extremely cold and rude. They have no idea what compassionate customer service is when dealing with patients. I haven't been able to schedule a dr's appointment for two years... Its absolutely impossible getting through the phone lines. I presented myself in person in efforts to schedule an appointment for the new year... The receptionist refused due to new "covid rules" and also because of the dr's schedule for the new year was "unknown". Highly unsatisfactory. She then dismissed me and ignored me and continued on to the next patient who was lucky enough to get an appointment. Extremely disappointed with how I was treated.
