★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place I've ever been. Staff is extremely rude, slow and lazy. The overall service is quite poor. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor.
I had an appointment at 9:00 am but waited for 1.5 hours for a blood test. Did I mentioned that over that period of time they were only two patients in the waiting room? One of them was me.
The nurse taking the blood samples was more interested in chatting with her colleague than doing her job.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible to get through, then when you manage, they put you on hold and after about 45 minutes, the system hangs up. Happened to me three times. So I keep calling back, leave messages, and while their message says they will call you back by the end of the day, they rarely do. In one week, they called me back once, I unfortunately missed the call as it was about 5 hours later and I couldn't answer. I called them back right away and never heard back. Really beyond frustrating.

They’re not authorized to book anything for you on the phone after they transfer you to another department for 30 times and on their outdated website if you don’t have a ramq number you have no chance of booking anything . You can’t walk in to get an appointment either . Useless waste of time and resources. So much for a “walk in clinic” . I’m still waiting for an email response from them .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They litterally NEVER answer the phones and will sometimes (once in a blue) answer emails only if they are obligated to send a document. I went to see if they were actually busy or simply being lazy. They were chatting, answered the phone just to put me on hold and continued. Absolutely ridiculous! So unfortunate my family doctor works there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE!!! They NEVER have a doctor available. Even knowing that I have a family doctor there!!!! I always get an appointment and they cancel the appointment the next day. They really don’t care if it’s urgent or if they keep canceling on you for months! the receptionists are super rudes. Terrible expérience every single time I need to see a doctor. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficulty to book online is through the roof. Rudely told to go home 3 times in 1 week while the clinic is empty. The reception are dismissive and hate their jobs. Don't want to help. Can't look in your eye when they tell you to go away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very difficult to make an appointment or talking to someone on the phone. And if you do have an appointment it can takes you a while before you finally get served. If you take public transportation there's only one line that serves this area and it has a low frequency for Montreal bus lines standard. Good thing there's a Pharmaprix downstairs if you want to buy something as it is the only retail store in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a letter for travel after Covid recovery. I went in person and the receptionist very curtly told me to book online. When you try that on Bonjour Sante you have to pick a date and time in 15 minute slots which all show unavailable. I asked what a doctor's travel letter would cost and they emailed me to book online. New appointments are made available at 5 PM and you have to be ready to jump on them like concert tickets. This is remeniscent of the service 40 years ago at the motor vehicle bureau. Not impressed. For $75 I will do a Telemedicine alternative at Clinique Voyageur.
