★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a Mitsubishi mini-split installed to replace my old unit.
The process was very quick and straightforward: I got a call back from an agent the day after I left a voicemail, and the agent came by the same day for a visit to prepare the estimate.
Two weeks later my new unit has been installed, and I can sleep comfortably again.

I sent an online inquiry. Very quick to call back. Salesperson Sal visited the next day. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Best price compared to 4-5 other places we inquired. Installation was booked within 2 weeks. Technicians (Lucas, Sami, and 2 other that I don't have the names) were very polite and professional. Situation was not as expected, but they troubleshoot on the spot to find solutions. 2 minor recommendations: cleaning up and filling the hole made on the foundation. Perhaps inform customer about what and where need to be cleaned (sharp small pieces, concrete, dust, gypse) before leaving. Thanks for the job well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had ductless air conditioners installed and changed our heating system. We could not be happier. Sal was friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions and I had a lot. I wish all sales representatives could be like him. The team who installed the equipment and at service were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Click-Air.

Highly recommended ! We had our old furnace and oil tank removed. Replaced with a wall-mount heat-pump system and A/C for home. Vince and his team were courteous and answered all of our questions and impressed us with his knowledge about The options of various products on the market. Excellent and clean installation by Lukas and Yousef!
In fact all three teams that visited were great including the oil tank removal team, that did not leave a scratch on the floor not a drip of oil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My A/C unit broke down and called Click-Air and Sal came over to see what Unit I needed for my house. He was very honest and didn't try to sell a unit that was too big for my place. I called and asked questions before the installation date and he was able to answer all of them and reassured me that I had chosen the right unit. The installation team was also very well organized and efficient and They were able to fit the new unit with little cutting of gyps. They were able to hide all the wires and hoses and it was a clean installation. My new Fujitsu is ultra quiet and meets my heating/ cooling needs. Fantastic job and I highly recommend this contractor for your HVAC needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More important than the most competive price; was the level of knowledge, professionalism and trustworthiness I received from Vince, the owner, who spent a good deal of time reviewing my hvac options. There was no attempt to upsell or b.s. sales tactics. When it came to installation, it was done on scheduled date, 2 1/2 weeks after estimate. Installers too were very professional: they did clean work, had me inspect work to ensure I was satisfied as well as explain the operation of system.
I was completely satisfied with Click-Air from start to finish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just completed the addition of a Sunroom to our house and needed a mini split heat pump for cooling/heating of the space. I contacted Sal, in the fall of 2021 to get the ball rolling and get an estimate. He was quick to respond and took the time to explain all options. We agreed on price and scheduled the installation.
My project was a bit more complex than expected and Sal came to our home 3 times to discuss the installation. In the end, he was patient and extremely accommodating making sure that I was 100% happy with the installation.
The installation needed to be performed in two phases and Melanie was really good at keeping the project on track (even with a month delay on the original date). And of course, the team that performed the installation was top notch.
All and all a very positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Sal, Melanie and the team to anyone looking for a heat pump installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our Daikin heat pump installed by Click-Air in April of 2021 and everything about the experience was great.
Our salesman, Sal, was quick to return my husband's call and was able to set up a meeting at our house within 24 hours. He gave us all the information we could need and we pretty much immediately decided to have Click-Air provide us with a heat pump.
Mario was our installer and him and his team were very friendly and efficient. My husband had a few special requests that involved him building a false wall for them to put one of the 2 head units on and they had no issue waiting for him to try and quickly put it together. In the end everything turned out perfect. They do great, clean work!
Because of Click-Air, our house was nice and cool during the extremely hot summer we had and is now keeping us toasty warm as we get further into fall.
