★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another waste-of-time NNC visit: Monday, June 22 between 1:00pm and 1:40pm drove from St. Lazare to NNC office. Waited patiently 20 minutes for the sales rep to return from lunch. Explained the problem with my iphone (which had been purchased there) to her - it drops and misses calls constantly without fail. "Do you have a replacement with a better wave receptor?" was my question. After boring me with mickey mouse solutions that have been tried countless times she suggested changing the SIM card - not sure what this would have to do with the problem, but I said "OK I'll try it". She said that will cost you $20. I said, "If it doesn't work can I bring it back and get my money back?" She said, NO! So I said "No thanks". She also offered another phone that would cost an additional $8/month. I said, "Can I see it?" She said, NO, we don't have any demonstrators out. "Can't you just open the box and show it to me?". She said, NO! Do we usually buy expensive items sight unseen? So after wasting about 40 minutes there and a drive to and from St. Lazare, I gave up and walked out. LAST TIME for NNC NONSOLUTIONS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great and quick service by the agent and the supervisor on shift on Feb 18th. However, Update June 15th, I had to wait 45 minutes to pick up a sim card only which was already activated and all. the 2 customers before me took 1 hour and 45 minutes to finish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to go get a $10 SIM card and they charge me $20 what a rip off and I find out from my friend there Best buy has them for $10 for a card and Amazon has it for $15

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They haven’t updated their opening hours here. Went all the way to Vaudreuil only to find that they close on Saturday now! Last time I went there, they were also closed for lunch time and it took them 2 hours to open back up!
