★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I went to Sutton Vaudreuil today and had a quite bitter experience. We did a transaction there and we had a pretty bad experience with the real estate broker. This is the second time we had a very bad experience with Sutton with 2 different brokers. The first time, we let it go, but this time, we decided to complain to the management. We spoke to the manager to state our grievances and after less than 10 mins, he started screaming at us saying "Get the F___ out of here. Do not come back ever again" "I hope this check does not bounce back!!" .
We could not believe the arrogance and rudeness from the manager from Sutton. We just paid 2000 dollars for a lousy service they offered, and when we complain about it, they treated us like we are an enemy. We have never seen such "service" anywhere in the world other than here. I did not know that, as a customer who pays, we have NO rights. We will be contacting OACIQ and CJAD for sure!
