★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service ultra lent. Souvent il n'y a qu'une personne pour servir les clients. Donc, s'il y a quelqu’un devant vous qui s’achète un nouveau téléphone, vous patienterez jusqu’à ce qu'il ait fait son choix , que son téléphone soit activé, etc...
Enfin, quand c'est votre tour, le service est froid...et si vous avez quelquechose à retourner, oubliez ça, ils ne reprennent rien. Ils ont leur propre politique.
Ultra slow service. Often there is only one person to serve the customers. So, if there is someone in front of you who buys a new phone, you will wait until he has made his choice, his phone is activated, etc ...
Finally, when it's your turn, the service is cold ... and if you have something to return, forget it, they do not take anything. They have their own politics.

They installed my tempered glass screen protector and even when it didn’t work out the first time they changed it for me and did an amazing job finally!
