★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diego went above and beyond. I was a victim of a scam and he spent endless hours calling multiple numbers and helping me through the entire process. Never once was he frustrated with me. He also got me into a new phone with exactly what I needed. He went above and beyond in my opinion and I will only go here from now on. I cannot express how thankful I am for the help I received from Diego today. If it weren't for him I think I would have had a mental breakdown. Thank you again for going the extra mile to help out a customer, it has not gone unnoticed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a new phone that the manager and store clerk said would work.woth Samsung DeX and fortnite. The phone was a samsung A20. We returned it 12 hours after opening, due to the above not being true. The clerks denied the return.
Disappointing that these big names are only in it to steal a buck. Our needs were clear, and a little experience would have weighed this out. Honesty as well with a 15 day return policy is important, and the reason why I leave a 1 star review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service at this location was exceptional. One employee in particular, MIKE, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my new handheld device. Mike made sure I got the best possible deal by informing me about the trade in policy. He was able to set up my new contract with no complications and honor the deal I had set up previously with the bell representatives on the phone. Mike made the transition to my new device smooth by helping me transfer my old photos & apps to my new device . He also made sure I selected a case that was suited to my needs and even put on the screen protector for me. Mike was friendly, trustworthy, and very efficient at his job. Overall I would definitely recommend this location because of the outstanding customer service I received. Thank you!!!! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not from Saskatoon but while my wife was shopping, I decided to go phone shopping. I was due for an upgrade and the Bell stores in the Regina are have horrible service. Went into the store and Diego helped immediately and explained what phones were available for me. He helped choose the Samsung S20. Amazing phone and amazing service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 5 months for my iPhone, bought from this store. Finally got it in, only to find out soon after that they are doing a promo for free AirPods when you buy a new iPhone from them. They conveniently forgot to mention that when I bought mine. Feel shafted - not a great way to treat new customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST STORE EVER. DO NOT GO HERE, GO TO THE ONE IN MIDTOWN MALL INSTEAD!!! THEY ARE WAY BETTER AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!. My wife purchased me a brand new phone and i was having issues with it. They asked me to bring it in to look at it, which is over an hour drive from home. When i got there, it became crystal clear they had NO IDEA what they were doing or how to operate the phone they had sold us... they then said that i had to drive home again to get the box it came in and would not assist me further... I went to a different Bell store nearby, and the staff were extremely helpful, and i went home with my phone operating correctly! This store not only had no clue what they were doing, and were unwilling to do anything... (and also didnt tell me i needed to bring the box it came in until after i drove there...) but they didnt even put any effort or call out to try to get any technical assistance of any kind!!! Basically, they already had our money, and didnt even try to help with an issue, and didnt care that it took hours of drive time to go there! I even asked if i could just have the box brought to the store next day by someone i know was coming to the city anyway, just get my new phone working or replaced... nope. Go home, get the box we wont help... NEVER AGAIN WILL I DARKEN YOUR DOORSTEP.... ZERO STARS
